#### I forgot my password, how to reset? 

If you go to [Dustland Website](https://www.thedustland.com/) and ‘Connect Wallet’ then you should see ‘Create Account’. Click it and select ‘link existing dustland account’. You will then see ‘I've forgotten my password’

#### The GPS doesn't seems to be working on my phone? 

No worries. Let try one of the followings:

* Check your phone if GPS setting is grant for the app, 
* GPS work best when the users run outdoor (indoor may not be able to locate properly) 
* Sometimes, it takes a while for the GPS to detect and get the location.

**I connected my wallet but I forgot my Dustland account password. What should I do?** 

In this case, 

1. Go to: <https://www.thedustland.com/forgot-password>.&#x20;
2. Enter your registered email address&#x20;
3. Click “Send Reset Link”

4\. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

**I have not connected my Dustland account to my wallet yet but I forgot my password. What should I do?**

1. Go to [https://www.thedustland.com](https://www.thedustland.com/) and click ‘Connect Wallet’.

2\. Click ‘Create Account’ and select ‘Link existing Dustland account’.

3\. Click “I’ve forgotten my password”. Enter your registered email address and Click “Send Reset Link”.
